• Promote siblinghood among post-secondary, secondary and collegiate

• Use as an honor method while encouraging recruitment and retention within higher education

• Serve as a mass mentoring youth group, in areas of the fine and performing arts

• Using the honor method, and a since of belonging, the Rho Chi Club will provide not only or limited to public view of fine and performing arts in its best form
